Welcome to our Village!

Uganda Village Project empowers underserved adolescents and women in rural Uganda by advancing access to sexual and reproductive health education and services, alongside medical intervention. We envision a future where all Ugandan adolescents and women thrive in supportive communities, with full access to physical, mental, reproductive, and sexual health resources.

Our work ethics and mission are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a set of 17 interconnected global objectives established by the United Nations, aimed at addressing critical challenges such as poverty, good health and wellbeing, education and many more by 2030. Uganda Village Project tackles these goals by implementing targeted programs in rural communities that address multiple SDGs simultaneously:

Through these initiatives, UVP also indirectly contributes to other SDGs such as:

UVP’s approach, based on collaboration with local communities and strengthening existing infrastructure, aims to create a lasting and sustainable impact, aligning with the overall goal of the SDGs to leave no one behind.
