Welcome to our Village!

Uganda Village Project facilitates community health and well-being in rural Uganda through improved access, education, and prevention. We envision a future in which all Ugandan communities will have the means to effectively create and implement their own health and development solutions.

Our work ethics and mission are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a set of 17 interconnected global objectives established by the United Nations, aimed at addressing critical challenges such as poverty, good health and wellbeing, education and many more by 2030. Uganda Village Project tackles these goals by implementing targeted programs in rural communities that address multiple SDGs simultaneously:

Through these initiatives, UVP also indirectly contributes to other SDGs such as:

UVP’s approach, based on collaboration with local communities and strengthening existing infrastructure, aims to create a lasting and sustainable impact, aligning with the overall goal of the SDGs to leave no one behind.
