Public Access to Governing Documents, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Financial Statements

Uganda Village Project is committed to transparency and accountability. In alignment with our values and regulatory requirements, we make the following documents available to the public:

  • Governing Documents (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws)
  • Conflict of Interest Policy
  • Financial Statements, including IRS Form 990
Interested individuals can access these documents in the following ways:

  • By Request: Copies of our governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements can be requested via our contact form.
  • IRS Public Database: UVP’s Form 990 is also available on the IRS website and through nonprofit reporting platforms such as GuideStar.
